Longbay Resort Koh Phangan - Ko Pha Ngan

Everything here was great, met all our needs. the staff were super helpful, from the person who carried our luggage to the receptionist. the bed was really comfy, and the room had a nice, modern look to it. Plus, they had a beach bar right on site! 🌴

Reasonably large and beautiful rooms with an absolutely breathtaking view to the pristine and colorful gardens.

1 mile to secret beach. we greatly enjoyed long bay resort.

The guest room is fantastic with an electronic key card, a work desk, and television with satellite channels.

Beachside restaurant on the premises, brand-new and clean room with good A/C, a fridge and amazing undercover verandah. Tasty and very good breakfast with lots of options to choose from...

The resort was really beautiful. It is directly on the beach and the resort actually has free beach chairs you can use too. The bungalows are really nice and clean. The pool was clean as well. The staff helped us book our tour and rent a Booked.net. You could walk to a 7 11 and a couple of other shops. The beach had white sand and the water was full of marine life. Lots of sea cucumbers. It would be good for snorkeling but it is way too shallow. The free breakfasts are a nice perk and really delicious. You could watch the sunset from the beach. Happy hour drinks! Lots of really friendly and cute dogs running around the resort too.

The one receptionist was really rude and grumpy all of the time. She was never fun to talk to. We always felt as if she hated her job. The restaurant was really expensive for the quality/amount of food you got. You can walk down the beach to a number of other restaurants and pay half as much.

The rooms at this place are modern and clean, set in a lovely garden, the location is beautiful, and the staff are excellent!

Shower in bathroom was hot but with very little water pressure.

- excellent location, lots of nice and quiet restaurants - swimming in the afternoon is perfect, snorkeling one of the nicest on the island, swimming pool is also good option - very friendly personnel - nice Bbq fish and meat - price/ quality is perfect (especially for a garden view simple bungalow)

- modest breakfast, no buffet - music at the bar can be better tuned to the time of the day...

Great location, right on a nice 1km long beach. Very friendly staff. Very good buffet breakfast, and delicious fresh seafood served on the beach each evening. Clean comfortable rooms, cleaned daily.

Our room, as promised was located right on the beach which was great. As far as Koh Phangan goes for a reference point, the resorts amenities were adequate and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. For the price, this place is good vaue if you're planning on getting away from the madness of Had Rin and want a great beach.

The staff are friendly however the people working the front desk have very poor English. I realize that as a traveler this is a two way street and my Thai is very poor as well. With that said, even very simple requests for taxis and water for the room were a struggle to communicate. Brish up on your Thai before going!

Nice hotel located in a beautiful area close to communal spaces like reception, cafes, restaurants, and bars. the resort is situated near the stunning Had-Yao bay. - Rooms are brand-new, clean, and equipped with air-conditioning. - the outdoor shower is a nice touch. - the location allows for easy walking access to various places.

Worst check-in I ever had in a hotel. They did not get confirmation from Booked.net and even I showed them mine they did not believe it. They would not accomodate us unless we pay a more expensive price than the one of our booking. Two hours waiting, no apologies. Awful bed. Full of springs that pierce into your body. I felt like a "fakir"
